All artworks are packaged with tender love and care. All pieces are protected glassine paper, bubble wrap and packaged careful into a cardboard of appropriate size. All Item will be shipped via UPS and/or FedEx services. 

It is important to note depending on where you live process of delivery will vary.

ALL purchases are final, except in the case of damage.If you would like a refund, please contact me. The item must be re-sent back to the return address for my inspection, and be in excellent condition with the original packaging. No amount can be refunded until the item has been returned in undamaged condition. Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

Refunds would be determined case by case, Please do not hesitate to contact me if you desire to discuss for a  refund (please note: that this does not mean you are 100% guaranteed a refund).

 You have 7 days to request a refund from the day you received the order, unfortunately, any request after that period will be denied.
